Though you are an independent owner, as a member of the network we require that you adhere to a few rules:

The categories are preconfigured on the site and we ask that you do not alter this arrangement. It is important for the network to be as consistent as possible, however, we understand that some cities will require slightly different categories because of geographic differences and local influences.

Basic Classified ads are to be free. That is the nature of our business and the only way to attract sellers. In some categories who are completely commercial, you may apply a small charge. You will find that display advertising and ad upgrades bring your biggest revenues.

All ads must be limited to the space provided, Absolutely NO POP-UPs!

You are not allowed to change the design or the logo on your website.

Only one Member's website will be allowed by City.

There is a setup fee of $59, and a monthly fee of $10 to be a member of Classifieds Mania Network. This monthly fee covers hosting, software lease, license to use the Classifieds Mania Name and a part of our costs.

If you wish to work with a State, with a Country or even with a niche category (Real Estate, Cars ...) instead of your local City, you are still welcome to do so but in this case, you'll have no exclusivity about Cities and/or activities listed on your website.
